Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, human resources, business transformation, project management, analytics, organizational development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional projects, organizational initiatives, transformation programmes, or strategic business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Support strategic HR Transformation: Contribute to high impact initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and culture across the Bank.
• Analyze data and generate insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, uncover insights, and support evidence based decision making.
• Translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive employee experience Initiatives: Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and the overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Enable change and transformation: Partner with teams across the Bank to support transformation initiatives, helping leaders and employees adopt new ways of working and navigate organizational change effectively.
• Improve processes and solutions: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance HR processes, leveraging technology, analytics, and innovative thinking to drive better outcomes for employees and the business.
• Develop strategic recommendations: Prepare presentations, reports, discussion papers, and executive materials for leadership teams.
• Synthesize complex information into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner across functions: Collaborate with colleagues across HR, business units, and corporate functions to deliver integrated solutions that address business priorities and people related challenges.
• Support enterprise wide projects: Contribute to cross functional initiatives related to workforce strategy, employee listening, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership development, and other strategic priorities undefined

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, human resources, business transformation, project management, analytics, organizational development, employee experience, or related fields.
• While the role is primarily intended for candidates with prior professional experience, exceptional candidates who have demonstrated strong analytical, consulting, transformation, or project based experience through internships, research, leadership roles, or other relevant experiences will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross functional projects, organizational initiatives, transformation programmes, or strategic business priorities.
• Strong academic achievements and a track record of delivering high-quality work in a professional environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in consulting, financial services, human resources, organizational development, employee experience, strategy, transformation, or related functions.
• Exposure to project based work involving research, analytics, problem solving, process improvement, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exposure to employee listening, workforce planning, change management, culture transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives will be advantageous.
