Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking an HR Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating and executing HR projects and operations in Singapore. You will monitor timelines, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating JE and scheme reviews, scheduling interviews, tracking milestones, supporting benefits and records management, and assisting with HR audits during peak

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, business administration or related field.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of Job Evaluation (JE), Scheme Review and HR transformation initiatives.
• Schedule interviews, meetings and workshops with consultants and stakeholders.
• Track project submissions, action items, and project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Support benefits, claims, and transport and travel administration.
• Support routine HR audit follow-ups.
• Provide support for HRD records management and p-file digitisation.
• Assist in updating the HRD intranet portal and general admin during peak periods.
• Coordinate internal staff welfare and engagement events as required.
