Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore seeks a capable HR Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of HR projects and operations. You will coordinate activities, monitor timelines and maintain documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders to implement HR initiatives.
Requirements include 3+ years in HR or admin, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
The role will support the planning, coordination and execution of HR projects and operational activities. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines and deliverables, maintaining project and operational documentation and work closely with stakeholders to support the effective implementation of HR initiatives. The role also supports HR operational processes, records management, audit follow-ups, divisional engagement activities, contributing to operational excellence and the effective delivery of HR services and programmes.
