Job description

What the role is:

The role will support the planning, coordination and execution of HR projects and operational activities. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines and deliverables, maintaining project and operational documentation and work closely with stakeholders to support the effective implementation of HR initiatives. The role also supports HR operational processes, records management, audit follow-ups, divisional engagement activities, contributing to operational excellence and the effective delivery of HR services and programmes.

What you will be working on:

HR Project Coordination

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of Job Evaluation (JE), Scheme Review and other HR transformation initiatives.
• Schedule interviews, meetings and workshops with consultants and stakeholders.
• Track project submissions, action items, and project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.

HR Operations Administration

• Support benefits, claims, and transport and travel administration.
• Support routine HR audit follow-ups.
• Provide support for HRD records management and p-file digitisation initiatives.
• Support the maintenance and updating of the HRD intranet portal.
• Provide general administrative support to HRD project teams during peak periods.
• Coordinate internal staff welfare and engagement events as required.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
