Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years in HR or management consulting, focusing on Talent Development, Talent Strategy, Performance & Rewards, or Employee Engagement.
• Regional or project management experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, with high integrity handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential talent for leadership roles.
• Analyse talent data and metrics to monitor organisational health and identify improvement areas.
• Implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to drive talent outcomes across the region.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver talent management initiatives, including reviews, performance management and leadership development.
• Manage strategic talent programmes that create business value across the region.
• Influence stakeholders to drive complex initiatives and deliver best-in-class talent programmes.
• Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights and recommendations for organisation-wide talent initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement talent management best practices across multiple countries in the region.
