Job summary

Shopee in Singapore is seeking an HR Associate to join a regional HR function. You will be allocated to a specific HR domain 1–2 months before joining, adapting to evolving needs and your preferences, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment with senior HR leaders.

You will plan and deliver HR programmes across Recruitment, Learning & Development, Communications, Culture and Engagement, Talent Management, and Organisational Design, while partnering with line managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or Psychology is a plus.
• Prior HR internship experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and standards.
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver best-in-class HR programmes in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Communications, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Organisational Design, and AI Transformation.
• Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans.
• Champion and incorporate Shopee's culture and values in all aspects of work.
