Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a proactive People team recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions across Singapore and regional teams.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews, helping Shopee attract top talent and strengthen its culture.

This role offers exposure to a dynamic tech environment and opportunities to influence hiring strategies across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or internship in recruitment or HR.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions in Singapore and across regional teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus outreach.
• Screen candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and keep stakeholders updated.
• Develop and implement recruitment initiatives to improve team performance.
