Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver HR programmes across Recruitment, Learning & Development, Communications, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, OD, and AI Transformation.
• Partner with line managers to advise on day‑to‑day people matters and long‑term organisation plans.
• Champion and integrate the company culture and values in all work.
