Job summary

SBM Management Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Singapore to design and implement employment programs that align with business goals. You will act as a strategic partner to management, lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, and drive succession planning and performance management.

The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and the ability to coach leaders, promote diversity, and manage change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with management on employment processes.
• Evaluate HR initiatives to determine interventions.
• Develop plans for organizational interventions aligned with values.
• Facilitate implementation of interventions.
• Provide coaching to leaders on growth.
• Develop competency model for programs.
• Lead succession planning program.
• Align performance management with organizational goals.
• Communicate policy and technology changes to staff.
• Create leadership development programs.
• Act as change agent to support major business changes.
• Facilitate team-building workshops.
• Partner with HR and management on diversity and affirmative action.
• Some travel will be required.
