Job summary

The role covers partnering stakeholders, delivering end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, deployment, ranking and promotion, awards, exit management), managing grievances and disciplinary issues, and driving policy development, internal communications, and event planning

Qualifications

• Advising stakeholders with professional HR guidance across units.
• Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, deployment.
• Upholding integrity in conduct and discipline across the Home Team.
• Developing and implementing HR policies aligned to MHA needs.
• Overseeing performance management, promotions and awards processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders and line units with HR advice and HR operations.
• Providing end-to-end HR operations to MHQ Divisions (recruitment, onboarding, deployment).
• Handling grievances and disciplinary issues with Divisions.
• Driving annual performance appraisal, ranking and promotion exercises.
• Overseeing MHQ awards matters.
• Reviewing and developing contextualised HR operations policies for MHA.
• Developing internal communications materials and organizing dialogues to strengthen engagement in performance management and career development.
• Planning and organizing events such as promotion ceremonies and awards presentations, including coordinating with vendors.
• Upholding the integrity of the Home Team and ensuring discipline is enforced fairly and expeditiously.
