Job summary

The Ministry of Transport is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join the Human Resource team in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing performance management policies, evaluating jobs, and conducting salary and scheme reviews to support MOT family HR governance.

You will contribute to process improvement and work with cross-functional teams on digitalisation projects. Singapore citizenship and 3+ years HR experience are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience or relevant public sector experience
• Citizenship: Singaporean

Responsibilities

• Lead in the review and implementation of performance management policies and processes, including performance-related payments.
• Conduct job evaluation, salary and scheme reviews, including reviews of proposals from MOT’s SBs as part of MOT Family HR governance.
• Review work processes regularly for continuous improvement and collaborate with other teams on digitalisation projects and events.
