Job summary

VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HRBusiness Partner to support IT functions and regional teams, with a strong emphasis on China-related HR practices. The role requires Mandarin fluency and a solid track record in HR operations, workforce planning and stakeholder management.

You will partner with IT leaders and business executives to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive people initiatives, and manage cross-border collaboration across Singapore and China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRBP, HR operations or HRM.
• Experience supporting IT/tech functions and understanding IT org structures.
• Mandarin proficiency required for China stakeholders and Chinese docs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• English proficiency for business reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams and business leaders to align HR strategy with objectives.
• Analyze IT team structures and technology ecosystems to identify workforce needs.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, engagement, and OD.
• Collaborate with China-based teams to understand local HR practices and needs.
• Facilitate communication between regional IT teams, HR and management.
• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, policies, and talent mgmt.
• Identify improvements to HR processes and cross-border collaboration.
• Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational changes.
