Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC Regional Office in Singapore, partnering with senior business leaders across the region and supporting HR initiatives in China.

This role focuses on talent, performance, employee relations, reward and organizational priorities in a fast-paced, multinational setting. You will influence stakeholders, leverage people data to drive action, and work across compensation, merit cycles, and regional HR

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Broad HR experience with exposure to compensation/reward and merit cycles.
• Strong analytical capability with HR data, workforce metrics and Excel.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC Regional Office in Singapore, partnering with senior business leaders across the Regional Office while also supporting our HR agenda in China.

This is a broad HRBP role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing stakeholders and using people data to turn insights into action. You’ll work across talent, performance, employee relations, reward and organizational priorities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities.
• Manage the employee lifecycle across the APAC Regional Office and China, including talent, performance, employee relations, development and succession.
• Support compensation and reward activities, including annual merit and salary review cycles.
• Analyze workforce and compensation data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Support regional HR initiatives, change and organizational transformation.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to deliver effective people solutions.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll activities and reporting for China.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture and positive employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 8 - 10 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, ideally within a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Broad HR experience with exposure to compensation/reward and merit review cycles.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with HR data, workforce metrics and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required to support employees, leaders and HR operations across China.
