Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
8+ years of HR business partner experience, including 3–4 years in manufacturing/ops.
Experience planning and executing enterprise-wide people programs and leadership coaching.
Strong data storytelling and analytics to support decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide people programs and initiatives.
Advise executive teams to improve organizational effectiveness and leader experiences.
Provide coaching on career development, succession planning, and employee relations.
Lead workforce planning and leadership development initiatives with key COEs.
Use data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and change management.
