Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, including 3-4 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive successful implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide people programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive teams, ensuring positive leader experiences across people processes.
• Provide guidance on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and strategic counsel to senior leaders on career development and succession planning.
• Develop enablement strategies for key corporate people programs with COEs and regional/global partners.
• Gather and synthesize feedback to continuously enhance people programs and experiences.
