Job summary

PRIME BUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and policy reviews. You will also handle payroll verification, monthly HR reports, and compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM and WDA, among others.

The role requires a Master’s or Degree in HRM, at least 1 year of related experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master or degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficient bilingual in English and Chinese for liaising.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and payroll verification.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for management and workers, including work passes.
• Provide HR direction to management and support welfare programs.
• Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare programs.
• Prepare reports for submission to IRAS, CPF and other authorities.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and agencies.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and HR-related documentation.
• Maintain employee data, turnover and absenteeism reports.
• Manage WDA training grants and course registrations.
• Handle insurance renewals and exit/resignation processes.
• Advise managers on HR policies and practices.
• Work across boundaries to ensure HR processes and procedures.
• Review and improve service quality and processes.
