Job summary

Wharton Eastcoast Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to payroll and compliance.

You will strategise manpower planning, manage onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations, while reviewing HR policies and administering training. The role requires a degree/diploma in HRM and at least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years HR experience, preferably in the early childhood industry.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore labour laws, the Employment Act and MOM procedures.
• Uphold integrity and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of Timesoft HRIS, including payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Strategise manpower planning and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Manage onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure timely monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Oversee employee relations and advise the business unit head on HR matters.
• Administer yearly appraisal and compensation proposals.
• Review and implement HR policies and systems in line with business growth.
• Perform training administration tasks and course registrations.
• Handle work pass administration.
• Coordinate with government bodies for HR grants.
• Administer work injury and employee medical insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment law.
• Handle other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
