Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, exit interviews, and retirement or re-employment processes.
• Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps, map out career paths, and plan for future leadership needs.
• Conduct market research to design competitive pay structures, bonuses, and reward programs.
• Oversee health insurance, leave policies, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Verify employee data and ensure accurate integration with HR information systems (HRIS) or payroll teams.
• Manage annual performance reviews, goal setting, and KPIs.
• Coordinate skill-development workshops, compliance training, and leadership coaching.
• Handle performance improvement plans and constructive feedback loops.
• Mediate workplace disputes, handle employee grievances, and conduct disciplinary investigations.
• Manage industrial relations, collective bargaining agreements, and union or committee inquiries where applicable.
• Drive employee surveys, recognition programs, and initiatives that boost morale and retention.
• Ensure company policies align with local employment legislation and labor standards.
• Monitor workplace safety requirements, occupational health protocols, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and data compliance.
