Qualifications

• Proficient in HRIS systems and Excel with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with department heads to develop talent strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, tech communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
