DAMO A1 CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits in Singapore.

You will partner with management to plan workforce, interview, onboard, and drive a positive workplace culture. The role also covers compliance, risk management, performance development, and HR analytics to guide senior leadership on retention and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred by some employers.
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist, specialist, or supervisory roles.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are advantageous.
• Hard Skills: Knowledge of local labor and employment laws, HRIS, data analysis, and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a bridge between management and staff, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, pay reviews, health insurance, leave management, and employee benefit programs.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure local labor laws, employment regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies are strictly followed.
• Performance & Development: Administer performance appraisal systems, guide managers on feedback, and organize training or upskilling programs.
• HR Analytics & Strategy: Track metrics (such as turnover rate or engagement scores) to advise senior leadership on retention and workforce strategy.
