Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Policies & Operations professional in Singapore to support policy development, payroll, and performance management. You will partner with managers to implement guidance, maintain policy documentation, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities span HR operations, salary benchmarking, and reporting, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-team collaboration to deliver timely HR services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Hands-on HR experience with policies, compensation, payroll, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, implement, and communicate HR policies and handbook provisions.
• Review policies to ensure practicality, consistency, and compliance.
• Provide guidance on HR policy application to staff and managers.
• Maintain policy documentation, approvals, and version control.
• Support consistent HR practices across teams and units.
• Support monthly payroll processing and changes review.
• Coordinate with payroll providers for accurate salary payments and submissions.
• Perform payroll checks and resolve enquiries.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
• Analyze pay data and recommend market-competitive ranges and internal equity.
• Support annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses, and compensation exercises.
• Assist in developing salary ranges and compensation structures.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
