in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to support the HR manager across the full spectrum of HR functions, from onboarding through offboarding, policy development, payroll matters, and work pass administration. You will coordinate with multiple departments on hiring plans, attendance and leave management, training coordination, and timely government submissions (CPF, income tax) while producing regular HR reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply.
• Assist the HR manager to oversee HR Department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Payroll related matters.
• Work pass administration including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
• Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate with departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations and HR matters.
• Manage leave and attendance including daily leave type entry, entitlement, applications and approvals.
• Coordinate or enroll training and maintain training records.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to government and related claims (CPF, NS makeup, IR8A, IR21).
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR matters.
• Oversee daily HR department operations.
