Job summary

The Garcha Group - Marriott International in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to support purchasing operations across our Marriott-branded hotels. You will manage RFQ/RFP processes, create purchase orders, verify invoices, and monitor supplier performance.

Responsibilities include budget assistance, regular reporting, stock level monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to secure timely deliveries and quality products.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in hospitality sector preferred.
• Strong English communication skills written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement processes: RFQ/RFP, PO creation, invoice verification, and post-order follow-up.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and supplier performance.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse to maintain optimal inventory.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget development for departments.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
