Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, is seeking a procurement professional to manage tactical sourcing for food and non-food items across hotels and outlets. You will coordinate supplier relationships, drive cost controls, and align procurement processes with Marriott-adjacent standards.

Applicants should have Odoo/Procurement software experience and strong communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks with stakeholders from hotels and F&B

Qualifications

• Odoo or relevant procurement software, Hotel Administrations experience preferred.
• Proficient in negotiating favorable terms, conditions and prices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; articulate and professional.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Requirements:

• Odoo/relevant procurement software, Hotel Administrations Experience, Diligent, Trustworthy, Articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to accurately process and maintain detailed records and documents.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in negotiating favorable terms, conditions, and prices with suppliers.
• Capable of conducting market research and analyzing data to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Experience with procurement software and systems to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to purchasing, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
