The Garcha Group, Marriott International partner in Singapore, seeks a seasoned procurement professional to support budgets, supplier selection, and inventory control across hotels and restaurants.

Responsibilities include RFQ/RFP, PO issuance, vendor negotiations, and reporting to management and Marriott. Strong English communication and hospitality procurement experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement within hospitality or similar industries.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects and supplier relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Assist in controlling and forecasting budgets through daily reports.
• Manage RFQ/RFP process, issue Purchase Orders, verify invoices.
• Conduct market research to identify best pricing and suppliers.
• Prepare regular purchasing reports for management and Marriott.
• Coordinate with warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure licensing/insurance renewals are up to date.
