The Garcha Group, in partnership with Marriott International, Singapore, is seeking a procurement professional to manage budgets, vendor selection, and purchasing processes across its hotels and restaurants.

You will coordinate RFQs/RFPs, monitor inventories, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with licensing and government requirements. English proficiency and 5 years in hospitality procurement are essential.

Formación

• Proficient in English communication with guests and colleagues.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality procurement experience.
• Familiar with Marriott standards and procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in controlling and evaluating financial budgets and forecasting.
• Handle RFQ/RFP processes, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
• Research vendors to obtain best pricing and quality.
• Prepare regular reports to Marriott, insurers, and government agencies.
• Respond to finance queries on invoices, orders, and cash flow.
• Facilitate government grant processes and post-award compliance.
• Maintain licensing/insurance renewals for all entities under The Garcha Group.
• Office management, dispatch, and reconciliation of expense reports.
• Update inventory counts and share records with management.
• Conduct market research on suppliers, products, and trends.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse to avoid shortages.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by management.
