Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in hospitality procurement or similar industry.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and inventory software.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations: assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes, and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to meet operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices: review for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist with supplier management: secure competitive pricing, place orders, track deliveries.
• Perform quality checks: inspect shipments for order specs, grade and quality.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and supervise clerks.
