The role requires 5-7 years in procurement or related fields, with a Diploma in logistics or supply chain management or business administration. You will drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and support internal teams in meeting purchasing needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven track record in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a senior position.
• Diploma or advanced courses in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
