Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain in hospitality.
• Proficient in Excel; MS Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfil purchasing needs.
• Maintain supplier records and pricing information.
• Monitor supplier performance and assist with evaluations.
• Support inventory monitoring and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and submit to Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
