The role covers operations coordination, administration, mobile medical services coordination, and tender preparation with a focus on data accuracy, reporting, and logistics support. Willingness to travel to facility sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, business administration, operations management, project management, nursing, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to lock-up facility locations for site visits and coordination occasionally, if required.
• Flexibility to take on occasional after-hours coordination for urgent operational matters, if required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate operational activities across SPF, ICA and other healthcare service projects.
• Monitor operational performance and follow up on service issues and action items.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support reporting requirements and timely submission of reports.
• Support billing documentation and reconciliation activities to ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor stock and asset records to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Prepare routine operational reports and KPI dashboards for management reporting and contractual monitoring.
• Support tender preparation, submissions, and contract mobilisation activities.
