Job summary

NHG Health Group seeks a capable professional to support management of clinical operations and administrative functions at IMH in Singapore. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive strategic objectives while ensuring effective delivery of services and programmes.

Ideal candidates have a recognised degree and at least two years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project management or data analysis; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services and programmes.
• Ensure services and programmes comply with established operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports to support management decision-making.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and recommend opportunities for service improvement.
• Develop proposals, reports and presentation materials for management and key stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic reviews of policies, procedures and workflows to improve service efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives involving multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat support to assigned committees, including preparing meeting materials and documenting discussions.
• Undertake other clinical operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
