The role entails overseeing infrastructure reliability, capital projects, equipment lifecycle management, and security protocols while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to optimize budgets and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic and operational management of hospital support services.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality services that support patient care delivery.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure reliability.
• Plan and deliver capital projects and facility development initiatives.
• Manage lifecycle of medical equipment (maintenance, repair, replacement).
• Align equipment planning and acquisition with clinical and strategic needs.
• Ensure a safe and secure hospital environment.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
• Lead and manage multiple department heads and operational teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative departments.
• Develop, manage, and control operational budgets.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
