Job summary

NHG Health's Institute of Mental Health in Singapore seeks an operations professional to support clinical operations and administrative functions within a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to advance strategic goals and ensure effective delivery of services and programmes.

Key responsibilities include data analysis, performance reporting and coordinating projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Healthcare Management or related discipline.
• At least two years of operations, administration, project management or data analysis experience.
• Healthcare sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services and programmes.
• Ensure services comply with standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management decisions.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop proposals, reports and presentations for management.
• Review policies and workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate projects involving multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat support to assigned committees, including meeting materials and minutes.
• Undertake other clinical operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
