Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing business networks, market research and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and professional networks.
• Lead the development of corporate service, human resource and related business opportunities, in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage and develop key client accounts, including understanding client requirements and coordinating appropriate company services.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks to expand the company’s client base and service capabilities.
• Evaluate potential business collaborations, projects and investment opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead business negotiations and commercial discussions with key clients and business partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new services and business expansion.
• Work closely with the management team on business planning, revenue growth and long-term business development initiatives.
