Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth to shape bancassurance growth by identifying strategic opportunities with bank partnerships. You will translate insights into investment-ready business cases and support executive decision-making to drive future growth.

You will collaborate across Finance, Actuarial, Product, Distribution and Analytics to validate assumptions and develop strategic roadmaps. A postgraduate degree is advantageous and the role is hybrid in Singapore.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or business development.
Proven ability to build investment cases and assess growth opportunities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial-modelling capability.
Ability to translate complex information into executive-level recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities across bank partnerships and build horizon 2/3 growth pipelines.
Develop strategic options and investment-ready business cases.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Distribution and Analytics to validate assumptions.
Prepare concise recommendations for senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
Monitor industry, regulatory developments and translate insights into strategy.
