Job summary

Manulife (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior strategist to lead the development of the bancassurance partnership strategy and shape the next phase of key banca partnerships across Retail, Wealth, Private Bank and Digital. The role defines long-term direction, identifies growth opportunities and sets investment priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience developing growth strategies, evaluating strategic opportunities and building investment cases.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year banca partnership strategy across Retail, Wealth, Private Bank, SME and Digital.
• Define strategic priorities, future partnership models and alignment with annual business planning.
• Identify opportunities for Horizon 2/3 growth and investment cases.
• Lead senior partner strategic agendas and shape business priorities with the Head of Department.
• Present strategic choices and drive execution with Transformation teams.
