Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth to shape bancassurance growth. You will identify, assess and progress strategic opportunities across bank partnerships, building Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 pipelines using product, market, customer and commercial insights.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy, corporate strategy or partnerships.
Demonstrated market analysis and opportunity assessment.
Strong analytical and financial-modelling capability.
Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

Growth and Opportunity Development: Build the Horizon 2 and 3 bancassurance growth pipeline.
Market, Customer and Competitive Intelligence: Analyse market, customer, product and competitor trends.
Strategic Assessments and Business Cases: Develop investment-ready business cases and quantify potential value.
Strategy Development and Executive Support: Prepare concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Strategy Mobilisation and Progress Tracking: Define initiatives with clear accountabilities and expected benefits.
