Job summary

Manulife in Singapore seeks a seasoned Bancassurance leader to drive growth through strategic initiatives, coaching relationship managers, and expanding client engagement. You will boost productivity, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance while gaining exposure to regional markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior Bancassurance experience preferred.
• CMFAS certification as listed.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia quarterly.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement distribution strategies for life products to meet sales goals.
• Coach relationship managers and manage events/pipelines.
• Support District Director to grow Bancassurance business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage branches and deepen stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver trainings and seminars for offshore customers.
• Negotiate win‑win outcomes considering external needs.
