Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth to shape bancassurance growth with bank partners. You will build Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 opportunity pipelines and translate insights into investment-ready business cases.

You will collaborate across Finance, Actuarial, Product, Distribution and Analytics to validate assumptions and present concise, evidence-based recommendations to executives. Hybrid working arrangement in Singapore.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or strategic partnerships within financial services.
Experience evaluating growth opportunities and developing business or investment cases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial-modelling capability.
Ability to convert complex information into clear insights and executive materials.
Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Grow and advance bancassurance growth by identifying strategic opportunities with bank partners.
Develop Horizon 2 and 3 growth pipelines and evaluate investment potential.
Quantify commercial potential, customer value, feasibility and key risks.
