You will lead market research, build enduring client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to converting opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Track business development performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, sales, and business development targets.
• Attend industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and client meetings to expand the company's network.
• Identify opportunities to increase business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
