Job summary

SUTD (Singapore University of Technology & Design) invites an experienced postgraduate administrator to join the Graduate Studies team. You will support strategic and operational management of postgraduate programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services to students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recognised university qualifications or equivalent experience in education sector.
• Preferably at least two years of managerial work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute/Oversee the full administration and setup of assigned postgraduate programmes per SOPs.
• Manage faculty grant funding support, including tracking.
• Extract, compile, and report statistics for postgraduate programmes to support decision-making.
• Collaborate in development and oversight of dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Co-manage creation, revision, and implementation of SOPs, FAQs, and policies.
• Co-manage event management activities including EDMs, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Perform data extraction, information management and analysis for accurate reporting.
• Provide secretarial support for disciplinary matters and assist in procurement, IT and finance tasks.
