Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore West is seeking a Temporary Senior Executive for Graduate Studies in Programme Management & Operations to support MBA courses. The role focuses on coordinating scheduling, registrations, invoicing, examinations and certificates across campus programs.

You will also manage faculty arrangements, budgets, and accreditation documentation while supporting overseas study segments and hybrid/online learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and administer MBA courses, including course scheduling, student registration, fee payments, venue arrangements, case studies, evaluations and certificates.
• Coordinate faculty appointments, approvals, agreements, payments and related requests.
• Manage examination administration, including preparation of examination materials, printing of scripts, marks entry, moderation and compilation of results.
• Provide support and assistance to students on programme-related matters.
• Coordinate logistics for weekday and weekend face-to-face classes, as well as hybrid and online learning sessions.
• Monitor programme invoices, budgets and expenditures.
• Compile statistics and documentation required for school accreditation and internal reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support for overseas study segments and other programme activities.
