HYAN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage enterprise accounts and optimize freight-forwarding service delivery.

You will align operational workflows, monitor performance metrics, and partner with senior leaders on account planning and contracts. The role focuses on client success, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction within a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of account management or operations in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data reporting tools; strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Operational Alignment: develop and distribute standard workflows, escalate operational issues.
Client Success & Experience: monitor metrics, gather feedback, drive improvement projects.
Account Strategy & Support: partner on planning, bids, contracts, and executive reviews.
Analytics & Reporting: track metrics, analyze performance, deliver trends reports.
Process & Tool Adoption: promote internal platforms and refine workflows.
