Job summary

Lionheart Freight in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to coordinate import/export shipments across air, ocean, and land freight. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely communication with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams while resolving operational challenges.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, inquiries, quotes, and billing; preparing shipping documents via TradeNet; and monitoring milestones to keep clients updated.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N levels or a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding or logistics in Singapore.
• Familiarity with TradeNet, Singapore customs, and port/airport operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and freight management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer service operations for air and ocean freight from booking to billing.
• Handle client inquiries, quote requests, and booking confirmations promptly.
• Coordinate with carriers, hauliers, and warehouses to ensure smooth cargo pickup and delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, invoices, permits) via TradeNet.
• Monitor shipment milestones and update clients on transit statuses and exceptions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and dispute resolution within financial cycles.
