Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking an Executive Assistant (Clinical Operations) to provide leadership and oversight for inpatient operations and patient services across the campus. The role includes managing calendars, coordinating frontline teams, and supporting service improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with nursing, clinical, corporate and support service stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, workforce transformation and patient experience outcomes.

Qualifications

• GCE "A" Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English; strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus.
• Coordinate frontline operational teams and patient service workflows.
• Support development and implementation of digital-enabled workflows and service improvement projects.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, corporate and support service stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Advance manpower optimisation and patient experience outcomes.
