Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking an experienced administrator to provide leadership and operational oversight for inpatient operations and patient services across the campus. You will manage frontline teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate services to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

You will contribute to digital-enabled workflows, workforce transformation initiatives, and service improvement projects, working with nursing, clinical, corporate and support stakeholders to drive operational

Qualifications

• Requires GCE A-Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare background is an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in English and possess good PC skills.
• Able to work on Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HOD and Group Chief Director’s calendar to schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
• Improve workflows and systems in the department office; design filing structures for clinical services or programmes.
• Provide administrative support for running the clinical services and programmes; prepare data for analysis and presentation.
• Prepare, organise and upload publicity & communication documents on intranet and websites; manage day-to-day clinical services & programmes.
• Coordinate meetings for senior management and support onboarding of staff as needed.
