Job summary

Jurong Community Hospital, part of JurongHealth Campus, seeks an experienced administrator to lead inpatient operations and patient services across the campus. You will oversee frontline teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate service delivery to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centred care.

You will collaborate with nursing, clinical and support services to drive service improvement and productivity. Applicants should have a healthcare background, strong English and PC skills, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must have GCE A Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare background is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and possess good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for inpatient operations and patient services.
• Lead frontline operational teams and coordinate patient service workflows.
• Develop and implement digital-enabled workflows and service-improvement projects.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, corporate and support service stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Manage administrative tasks including calendar, meetings, data preparation and minutes.
