Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations Management and oversight to ensure services run smoothly and safely.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, admin teams, and external stakeholders for integrated service delivery.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey across clinic touchpoints.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation including manpower, scheduling, equipment and supplies.
• Monitor, track and report clinic performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, compliance and outcomes.
• Staff Leadership and Management: build a positive, high-performing team and provide clear direction.
• Coach, mentor and support staff through feedback and development opportunities.
• Drive staff engagement and cultivate a culture of learning and improvement.
• Patient Experience and Service Excellence: manage patient feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall service experience.
