Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus.
• Drive campus-wide coordination of operational workflows to support patient flow and service standards.
• Lead workforce transformation, digitalisation initiatives and service improvement projects.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Coordinate with facilities, procurement and other stakeholders on operational support matters.
