IN2 MARKETING & CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Servicing / Event Assistant Manager to drive client success and seamless event execution. The role offers hands-on training in event management and opportunities to coordinate diverse formats, from conferences to hosted gatherings.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in MICE, hospitality, integrated marketing, or related fields, with strong communication, organization, and client-service skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the client journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring professional communication.
• Lead project execution to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to develop client-centric solutions.
• Maintain reporting of account metrics, including billing, profitability, and CRM updates.
• Organize and archive all relevant account documentation for continuity.
