Depending on experience, you will support, manage, or lead the account servicing team with opportunities to grow into strategic leadership roles. Responsibilities include end-to-end event planning, crafting proposals, managing budgets and timelines, and on-site execution, with a focus on client satisfaction

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in account servicing, event management or production.
• Proven track record in brand activation and event operations.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Collaborative spirit with ability to drive results independently.
• Excellent English, written and verbal; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Client and project management based in Singapore.
• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution from brief to post-event reporting.
• Translate client briefs into integrated brand activation strategies and proposals.
• Develop tailored proposals addressing client needs while aligning with goals.
• Proactively offer solutions that add value and drive outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines and deliverables, balancing client and internal capabilities.
• Provide on-site project management and support during events.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; escalate issues with proactive solutions.
